1-Hour Session: Afro-Cuban Moves in Mambo with Oliver Martinez & Chris Peralta.
Master the art of incorporating Afro-Cuban moves into your salsa and mambo dancing. Learn how to blend these styles seamlessly to enhance your performance on the dance floor.
 
Chris began dancing at 14, initially competing in the Peruvian dance Marinera Norteña. After exploring ballroom styles, he found his true passion in salsa. He joined Stockholm Salsa Dance, becoming a respected instructor and member of AK Mambos. With his partner Evelina, as "Chris and Evy," they are known for their performances and teaching. In 2020, they secured second place in the Semi-Pro On2 category at the World Salsa Summit in Miami.
 
 
Oliver Martinez has dedicated many years to mastering Rumba and Afro-Cuban dances, becoming a well-regarded instructor in Stockholm. He is also a member of the prestigious Abakuá Company, led by Hector Oviedo, one of the foremost experts in Afro-Cuban dance and Rumba. Oliver has performed at major events like the Guaguancó Festival, Spain's largest Cuban dance festival, showcasing his expertise on international stages.
